A: The web site migration service that our company is offering is free of cost (within a certain limit). We’ll transfer your site(s) to our ultra–modern cloud hosting platform without you needing to do anything. We know from personal experience that changing hosting providers can lead to lost data and undesirable network downtime. That’s why we will perform all that for you at no cost!We’ve got professional administrators whose principal responsibility is to make sure that your web site functions precisely as it did on your previous hosting platform. The administrators are well–versed in transferring custom–made websites, as well as websites that are based on famous web apps such as WordPress and Joomla^™.

A: We strive to perform all web site migrations as fast as possible. However, we do not have a fixed time frame for website migrations. There are various facets that you have to consider – the sheer size of your web site and the workload of our website migration staff, etc. We always try to perform each migration within 48 hours. With smaller web sites, our staff typically manages to finish in less than 24 hours.

A: We do not request any sensitive information. We’ll require, however, the login info for your present web hosting account along with the name of the web site that you need to transfer.

A: Before we can begin the transfer of your account, you must first open an account with us. Opening an account with us requires that you to share the exact same information you have given to your previous hosting provider. We’ve also got a very rigid Privacy Policy, which specifies how private data is tackled.

A: Your site will work just like it did before with your old hosting provider. As soon as we have finished the migration, your web site will be configured to work on our hosting platform and we will alert you to preview it. If it is functioning properly, all you will need to do is modify the NS resource records associated with your domain. Your web site will be transferred over to us without any downtime whatsoever.

A: Nope. We’ll never contact your hosting provider about anything. They won’t be aware of the website transfer either.

A: We support all Linux–driven hosting platforms. Generally, if we can receive access to your Control Panel, we will be able to migrate your site.The only platforms that we do not support are closed–source website building platforms like Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
