However, configuring an auto backup solution can be challenging. This is why our company offers you our Managed Servers package – we pledge to keep a complete backup copy of your VPS web hosting service, not only of your sites and hosted content, but of all the custom modifications that you have added. Our backup scripts are run every week, preserving all the changes that you have made during that time period.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Whilst a Virtual Private Server gives you a nearly infinite set of options, you will sometimes have to install additional software apps. And that is where our Installation & Troubleshooting service can help you out. It’s an essential part of our Managed Servers package, which enables you to ask any of our practiced sysadmins to install and set up any software program and to take care of any problem that you are experiencing with the server.

The Managed Servers package comes bundled with most of our OpenVZ VPS Servers. It is an optional feature with our KVM VPS Servers.
